Approved by the China-Canada Project Evaluation Committee in November 2001, CABTS started the CIDA-financed Project on "Agricultural Vocational Education in China" under the China-Canada PSRP Program(Public Sector Reform Program on Agricultural Vocational Education in China). The project aims to increase knowledge and skills of Green Certificate administrators to develop skill profiles; to increase organizational capacity of Green Certificate administrators to deliver and manage Green Certificate training; to increase knowledge of issues in Green Certificate police reform.
